Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Items purchased on sale, discount, or customized orders may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Process
1. To initiate a return/exchange, contact us at info@waabbisaabbi.com with your order details.
2. Once approved, ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item once the returned product has been received and inspected.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Products purchased under clearance/sale.
• Customized or made-to-order items.
• Items without original packaging or tags.
